Electrical & Electronics
Aluminium is an obvious choice for many electrical applications. It is versatile with attractive properties; non-toxic, non-combustible, non-magnetic, non-sparking... And it will not rust.
Unique electric and thermal conductivity
Aluminium and electronics fit together in compact discs and commercial lighting, wind turbines and food service equipment. The list of applications is long.
An example: The majority of electronic components that produce heat require effective thermal dissipation to operate effectively. Aluminium’s thermal properties can quickly and effectively conduct heat. We have developed with customers many types of cooling modules from traditional aluminium profiles.
We also deliver specialty alloy high-purity billets for applications in the electronics industry. The purity of this metal ranges from 99.99 to 99.998 percent. It is used in:
- Electrolytic capacitor foil
- Electronic storage
- Semiconductors
- Bright trim industries
